Welcome to UTags ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Service Description
UTags is a modern bookmark management tool, available as both a browser extension/userscript and a web application, allowing users to organize, tag, and manage web bookmarks.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
Using certain features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of your account information.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
